


Lillet Rose Spring Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
350ml Lillet Rose
350ml Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice, to add
175ml gin
Petite Ingredient Edible Flowers
METHOD
Combine 175ml of Lillet Rose, 175ml of Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice, 90ml of gin, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until well chilled. Strain and divide cocktail among 3 stemmed cocktail glasses, such as Champagne saucer. Repeat.
Garnish with Petite Ingredient Edible Flowers. Serve immediately.
