Donna Hay Pav with Petite Ingredient Dried Organic Edible Elderflower

We recently had the delight of working with non other than the incredible Donna Hay! It was a pleasure to chat with her and work out which beautiful Petite Ingredient bloom would be best to help her create her beautiful and festive Pavlova. 

Our stunningly delicate and fragrant Dried Organic Elderflower decided on, and soon after she shared her recipe with us - Pavlova with Elderflower and White Peach. 

This delectable creation was featured in Donna Hay Magazine - The Festive Issue this past festive season, and it is the perfect summer dessert!
