For Optimum Freshness
Fresh edible flowers are hand-picked and packed on the same day as despatch. We wrap flowers carefully in bubble wrap and icepacks to ensure they arrive to you safely. As per our shipping policy, we are not responsible for the replacement of your package if it is damaged, or is delayed, by any third-party carrier. No replacements or refunds will be provided.
During hot spells of weather we don’t recommend shipping fresh flowers. Although we always pray for next day delivery, Australia Post classifies their Express Post lead-times as up to 3-4 days to QLD, SA and WA, which is too long for ice packs to stay cold in transit.
Something displaying as Not In season?
Fresh edible flowers that are out of season will display as out of season. Check their peak season on the product page for info on when they’ll be available.
