Proforma Payment


Payment Terms
Our trading terms of payment are strictly proforma.
An itemised invoice of all charges will be sent via email upon despatch of goods.


Orders
Your order must be in writing to us and include all the necessary information to enable us to supply the goods to you.


Delivery
A delivery fee is payable by you, the customer, on each delivery, except where special conditions apply. Petite Ingredient always endeavours to supply goods at their absolute best quality, but cannot be held liable for any issues out of our control such as third party delivery delays or if you are not at the designated delivery address to receive delivery. In the event of an incorrect or insufficient address provided by you, the customer, Petite Ingredient is not responsible
for any additional delivery charges incurred. 

 

Claim or Credit Request

Any request for a claim or credit on goods received must be provided in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
The request must be submitted to accounts@petiteingredient.com.au and must include the following:
• Reason for your claim
• Quantity of goods claimed
• Delivery docket/invoice number of goods claim and proof of “Packed On” date on goods
• Photo of goods claimed

Petite Ingredient in its sole discretion may consent to your claim or credit on goods received. If we consent to your request you will pay a restocking fee of 50% of the value of the goods. We will not accept the return of goods where any fault or damage has been caused by you, the customer, or a third
party. 

 

Discounts Forfeited
Any discounts offered will be forfeited by you, the customer, if payment is not received within the trading terms.

 

Interest Charged
Interest will be charged to you, the customer, at the rate of 10% per annum on invoices more than 30 days overdue until payment is received.

 

Restriction on Supply
We reserve the right to cease supply to you, the customer, if you have any invoices overdue by 30 days or more. Your account will remain on hold until all invoices are within the payment terms. Any order placed during this time
must be paid prior to delivery. Further, if at any time your overdue invoices exceed $5,000 your account may be placed on hold until all invoices are
within trading terms. 

 

Costs Incurred
You, the customer, shall pay all costs and expenses incurred by Petite Ingredient Pty Ltd, our legal advisors or agent in respect to collecting any debt exceeding the agreed upon trading terms. 

 

Flower Freshness
To preserve freshness we recommend keeping Petite Ingredient Fresh Edible Flowers refrigerated at all times, ideally between 4 – 6C. We do not recommend washing delicate and soft varieties as it may bruise the petals, so simply
brush gently to prepare. Petite Ingredient flowers are organically grown.
Depending on variety and season Petite Ingredient Fresh Edible Flowers should last between 5 – 21 days, most commonly 10 days throughout the year. For more information on your preferred flower please contact us.

 

General
These terms are subject to change with two weeks notice.You agree that these Terms of Trade override any of your terms and conditions concerning the purchase of goods. By choosing to place an order with us, Petite Ingredient Pty Ltd, you have agreed to these Terms of Trade.
